Rates and Reservations

Rates range significantly between the winter, shoulder seasons, and the summer.   All reservations are completed through AirBnB, which has a 3 percent administrative fee, and will charge Maine's 9 percent lodging tax. A $30 cleaning fee applies to each booking, as does a $150 deposit (fully credited 24 hours after your departure).
